34 portraits from The United States and Brasil; all but three pictures made on Polaroid Positive Negative pack film. Of the pictures made with Polaroid, Burke gave the Polaroid positives away to the subjects and kept the negatives in a pail of sodium sulfite to be washed and dried later in the day.
